What a crappy name. Anyway, this will turn the 30 seconds wait after failing to join a game into a 5 seconds wait. Not recommended for dialup or other slow connections as you may "fail" a legitimate join attempt otherwise. For those who make games and are annoyed by the recent BNet problems or occasionally join a baal run too soon after the last one, maybe this is useful.
