i would say Stonetalon
Ashenvale is known to be alliance territory..even thought we have Flight Path there.

Stonetalon has zero alliance quests as far as i know, so less ganking

plus, its not a very popular area due to its mountain nature

Heres what i did for my elf

went to southern barrens and did the quillboar quests and first part of gann, then to ashenvale and did the zoram gar and then some splintertree, then to stonetalon and did jinzils forest magic and the spider and shit

and now im lvl 26 and got a few more in stonetalon and a few more in ashenvale and when i hit 28/29 its off too 1k.

Barrens is up to level 25.
So Barrens and Stonetalon at the same time. Then Ashenvale, then 1k needles. That's how I roll.

You could do hillsbrad, but I never really liked it. Too many alliance.

this guide is amazing. i followed it exactly and his instructions too, i've never leveled faster, and I had 3 30+ horde.

I went Stonetalon + Ashenvale. I went from 24-26 in like 4 hours

u should do them all... i typically go to tarren mill/hillsbrad at 25 or 22 AT LEAST 22, and at that time i would be done with all the ashenvale/stonetalon quests that i like to do (theres a line of quests that i do and dont do in every area of the game, i typically do these same quests with every character from 1-60 its very effective since i then know each quest inside out and i know how to manage my travel time)

and LOL @ people talking about ganking BE's.. people tried on my server but it only lasted a day, i got ganked a whole of twice by any 60 and it was just because i ran into a group of lowbies in world pvp with the 60 helping them.. the horde on our server (the high 60s or 70s) will come and camp all these people when they are passing thru
